हमने अंसल सुशांत सिटी वेद्व्यासपुरी meerut मे सेक्टर 5 में एक मकान (बसेरा) जिसका नंबर A -148 है, लिया था जिसके पजस्सन के लिए अंसल सुशांत सिटी वेद्व्यासपुरी meerut के ऑफिस में श्री अमित पहावा जी तथा श्री रजत जी से कई बार कह चुके हैं और लिखित में भी दे चुके हैं लेकिन बार-बार बस यही जवाब मिलता है कि जल्दी ही पजस्सन दिलवा देंगे, लेकिन हमे कुछ विश्वसनीय सूत्रों से पता लगा है कि जिस लाइन में हमारा मकान है वहां का ठेकेदार काफी लम्बे समय पहले वहां का काम छोड़ चुका है और उसने कहीं और ठेके ले लिए हैं जिस कारण से यहाँ पर लम्बे समय से इस पूरी लाइन मे मकानों की तैयारी सम्बन्धी सभी काम रुके हुए हैं और पब्लिक को धोके मे रखा जा रहा है, हमारा यहाँ पर मकान लेने का मुख्य उद्देश्य यही था के एक तो किराये के मकान में न रहना पड़े और जो हम किराया दे रहे हैं उससे मकान की बैंक के लोन की किश्ते चुका सकें और हमारा ऑफिस भी नजदीक हो जाये लेकिन पजस्सन न मिलने के कारण हमें कई मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड रहा है एक ओर तो मकान लेने के लिए बैंक से जो लोन लिया था उसकी किश्तें देनी पड़ती हैं और दूसरी ओर जिस मकान में किराये पर रह रहे हैं वहां का किराया भी देना पड़ता है इसके साथ ही यहाँ से हमारा ऑफिस भी बहुत दूर है यदि हमे समय से पजस्सन मिल गया होता तो काफी हद तक हमारी समस्याओं का समाधान हो चुका होता और ऐसा भी तब हो रहा है जबकि हमने मकान की पूरी कीमत अदा करने के साथ-साथ लगभग 85000 /- रूपये ज्यादा जमा कर रखे हैं जो की हमे पजस्सन के समय पर जमा करने थे, हमारा आपसे अनुरोध है के हमें मकान को कम्प्लीट कराकर पजस्सन जल्दी से जल्दी दिलवाया जाये और जबसे आपने मकानों का पजस्सन देने की समय सीमा तय की थी तबसे अब तक 20000/- रूपये प्रति माह की दर से कम्पन्सेसन मनी दिलवाई जाए | डॉ0(श्रीमती) मंजू त्यागी पत्नी श्री आशीष कुमार त्यागी मकान नंबर A -148 , सेक्टर- 5 , अंसल सुशांत सिटी वेद्व्यासपुरी meerut फ़ोन नंबर - 9719036363 वर्तमान पता- मकान नंबर 177 , सेक्टर- 6 , जाग्रति विहार, गढ़ रोड, meerut फ़ोन नंबर - 9719036363
